State Plan Implementation

As part of statewide efforts included under Virginia’s Building Our Largest Dementia (BOLD) Infrastructure Act project, Healthy Brain Virginia, the ADRDC created an Implementation Plan to better focus efforts and track achievements under the Dementia State Plan. The Implementation Plan contains roughly 2/3 of all of the strategies within the Dementia State Plan, and assigns them measures.
