The Division for Community Living promotes the independence and well-being of Virginians with disabilities by coordinating and providing services that assist individuals in successfully meeting their goals for living in the community.
The division works with 17 Centers for Independent Living (CILs), 11 local public guardian programs, and 9 brain injury providers. The Auxiliary Grant Program, Long Term Rehabilitation Case Management, and Personal Assistance Services (PAS) are also offered throughout the Commonwealth.
