Medicare Counseling

The Virginia Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program (VICAP) offers free, unbiased help to Virginians with Medicare—explaining options, comparing plans, and finding savings. Friendly counselors are here to guide you every step of the way, with no sales, just support.

Disability Determination

Virginia Disability Determination Services decides medical eligibility for three assistance programs: Social Security Disability Insurance, Supplemental Security Income, and Medicaid.

Medicaid Advocates

Medicaid Managed Care Advocates help Cardinal Care recipients solve navigate and solve problems with their healthcare.

Auxiliary Grant

Auxiliary Grants give money to Virginians with low income to help them pay for housing in approved places and make sure they have a basic standard of living.
